Is VAT included in the prices shown on the website?
Yes, the prices shown on our website are the prices you pay.
Do you hire indoors and outdoors?
Yes, our bouncy castles are suitable for both indoor and outdoor use; however we cannot set the castles up on gravel, soil or tarmac; only on grass clear of any rubble, dog mess etc..
Are your bouncy castles available to hire in the winter?
Yes our castles are available to hire all year round, however between October and April we only hire the castles out to indoor venues such as village halls.
Do you have public liability insurance?
Yes, we have £5 million pounds public liability cover. Our safety and insurance documents are available on request.
Are your inflatables safe?
Yes. All of our inflatables are RPII tested and we can provide the certificates upon request. We always ensure our castles are securely anchored and provide padded safety mats.
Are there any cancellation fees or booking charges?
No. We do not charge any fees for cancellation, but please try to give us as much notice as possible if cancelling
Do you require payment on the day of the hire?
Yes, we require full payment in cash when we deliver the equipment to your party/event, or you can pay by bank transfer by prior arrangement.
Can you provide supervisors?
Yes, we can provide staff to supervise the inflatables or equipment at your party/event. There is an additional hourly cost involved for this service, please contact us for more information.
Is your equipment PAT-tested?
Yes, all of our equipment is PAT-tested regularly.
Is your equipment clean?
Yes, we check our equipment after every hire to ensure it is clean. If you make a mess on our inflatables or equipment, we ask that you clean it up quickly and safely. A cleaning charge of £50 per unit may be incurred if there is substantial mess.
What time do you deliver and collect the castles?
We provide flexible delivery and collection times. However, typically we deliver units from 9:00am at the earliest and collect them at 7:00pm at the latest. Later collections can be arranged at an additional cost of £20 per hour.
Do you provide overnight hire?
No unfortunately we do not hire our equipment out overnight
Do you charge for delivery?
We deliver locally in and around Taunton for free, however for areas further away there may be a small delivery charge. Check our About Us page for more details on the areas we deliver to.
How much space is required for a bouncy castle hire?
You must provide an additional 4ft at both the front and the back of the bouncy castle for the placement of the blower and to provide easy access. We also recommend that you leave 2ft on either side of the castle. Please ensure that there is plenty of room for us to bring the castle into the area that you would like it to be set up, as we will use a trolley.
